Vendor Booth
$150 or 10% of Profit
Vendor booths have a 10’ x 10’ reserved area and may sell family friendly merchandise, food and beverages (no alcohol permitted). Vendors are responsible for supplying any and all tables, tents, signage and supplies for their booth and must be set up by 10:30 am the day of the event, and be open from 11am – 4pm. Please note this is a GREEN event; all packaging, utensils, cups, etc. must be compostable or recyclable.
Food Truck
$250 or 10% of Profit
We have a designated Food Truck location between our Elementary School and Cocoa Cinnamon on Foster Street from 11am – 3pm the day of the festival. Vendors may NOT sell alcoholic beverages. Please note this is a GREEN event; all packaging, utensils, cups, etc. must be compostable or recyclable.
Community Booth
$75 or Provide activity
Community booths allow organizations to distribute information, collect contact information and/or promote a brand. This option is perfect for non-profits and other organizations that want to promote their organization but are not selling merchandise. Festival attendees “pay” to participate in your activity with tickets purchased at the festival (100% of ticket proceeds support CPSC). Organizations are responsible for supplying any and all tables, tents, signage and supplies for their booth and must be set up by 10:30 am the day of the festival. Please note this is a GREEN event; all packaging, utensils, cups, etc. must be compostable or recyclable.
